What supplements should I take for uterine fibroids

Uterine fibroids are a kind of female gynecological disease, and they are also very common. Gynecological diseases are very harmful to women. There are many types of gynecological diseases. Women are often tortured by some gynecological diseases. After women have uterine fibroids, they will feel that they are not getting enough nutrition. Therefore, many women will choose to take supplements to treat the disease. So what kind of supplements should uterine fibroids take?

We know that diseases are generally treated with medications and diet as an auxiliary treatment. So, what supplements are good for patients with uterine fibroids? Next, let's find out together.

Uterine myoma is the most common benign tumor of the female reproductive organ, also known as uterine leiomyoma. It is common in women aged 30 to 50 and rare in women under 20 years old. The vast majority of uterine fibroids are benign. However, since uterine fibroids tend to occur multiple times, in women of childbearing age, fibroids may gradually increase in size and number as they age, and myoma removal surgery may also result in recurrence.

The rate of malignant transformation (i.e. sarcoma transformation) of uterine fibroids is very low, approximately 0.4-0.8%. But we still need to be vigilant about the risk of malignant transformation. Uterine fibroids can usually be divided into subserosal fibroids, intramural fibroids, submucosal fibroids or cervical fibroids, broad ligament fibroids, etc. Different types of uterine fibroids may show clinical manifestations such as menorrhagia, lower abdominal mass, or difficulty urinating or defecation.

Daily stimulation of large amounts of hormones can easily lead to anemia or malnutrition in patients with uterine fibroids. In severe cases, it can even affect menstruation and cause infertility.

What kind of supplements are good for uterine fibroids? As the saying goes, food supplements are worse than medicine supplements. Good eating habits have a certain inhibitory effect on fibroids:

1. Tumor-eliminating eggs

Add 2 eggs, 5 Chinese medicinal geckos, 9 grams of Curcuma zedoaria, and 400 grams of water and cook together. When the eggs are cooked, peel them and continue cooking. Discard the medicine and eat the eggs. Take once a night.

Efficacy: Disperses nodules and relieves pain, dispels wind and calms the nerves. Suitable for qi stagnation and blood stasis type.

2. Two Fresh Soup

Slice 120 grams of fresh lotus root and chop 120 grams of fresh imperata root, boil them in water and drink the juice as tea.

Efficacy: Nourishes yin and cools blood, removes blood stasis and stops bleeding. Suitable for heavy menstrual flow and blood heat and stasis.

Patients with uterine fibroids do not need to deliberately replenish their bodies, because many skin care products, supplements and other medicines contain excessive hormone ingredients, so it is best to improve the symptoms of uterine fibroids through daily diet. At the same time, you should also pay attention to the need to go for regular physical examinations after treatment.

For such diseases, taking supplements can only improve the physical condition and the symptoms of the disease, but it cannot cure the disease. If you want to cure the disease, you have to use drugs. However, some patients cannot be treated with drugs, especially those with larger uterine fibroids. If the uterine fibroids are large, then surgical treatment must be used in time to treat the disease.
