Picture of female pelvic position

The pelvis is the connective tissue of the female internal reproductive organs and the surrounding areas. Inflammation of the retroperitoneum of the pelvis can be limited to one location or occur in multiple locations at the same time. It can be divided into two types: acute and chronic. The female pelvis includes the reproductive organs (uterus, bilateral fallopian tubes, uterus and ovaries), the retroperitoneum of the pelvis, and the connective tissue around the uterus.

The Palace

A part of the female reproductive organ of animals and humans, and the place where the fetus or larvae of animals and humans grow and develop.

The uterine wall is the mucosa, which is composed of epithelial cells (single-sided columnar epithelial cells, which include metabolic cells and microvilli cells) and the original membrane (composed of connective tissue, which contains many stellate cells, called culture matrix cells). The uterine wall can be divided into the superficial functional membrane and the superficial dermis. The functional layer is thicker, accounting for about 4/5 of the thickness of the endometrium, while the dermis is thinner and denser, accounting for about 1/5. During the physiological cycle, the functional layer can peel off, while the dermis cannot.

Bilateral fallopian tubes

Only the left side grows and is a long, winding tube. According to its structure and function, it is divided into five parts from front to back: Brunner's infundibulum - with bilateral abdominal openings of the fallopian tubes in the center, and thin umbrella-shaped edges. The Pengda Department, or the protein metabolism department, is the largest and most tortuous part. Muscle wall: It is the narrowed part behind the main part. Uterus: expanded into a sac-like shape with relatively thick walls. Inside the vagina - narrows and bends into an "S" shape, with the rear end opening to the left of the cloaca.

Uterus and ovaries

The location is the same as the male testicles, only the left side is growing (the right side has atrophied), and they are all eggs at different stages of development. The eggs are light yellow, and the surface of the ovary is covered with blood vessels. The size of the uterus and ovaries is related to age and egg-laying period.

The uterus and ovaries are located on the posterior sides of the uterine fundus and are connected to the outer wall of the pelvis. During pregnancy, the position of the uterus changes dramatically due to movement. After the baby is delivered, the uterus and ovaries generally do not return to their original positions. The ovaries are retroperitoneal organs of the human body.

It is completely encapsulated by the posterior leaflet of the uterine platysma tendon to form the ovarian capsule. The retroperitoneal fold between the uterus, ovaries and the platysma tendon is called the mesovarium.

The mesoovarian lining is very short and contains blood vessels, lymph vessels, and nerves that connect to the uterus and ovaries. The mobility of the uterus and ovaries is very large, and their location is often affected by the level of intestinal fullness. It is usually located in the uterine and ovarian fossa, and is connected to the retroperitoneum of the outer wall of the pelvis on both sides.
