What happens if the leucorrhea is yellow and pus-like?

The body structure of women is very different from that of men, especially their reproductive organs. Relatively speaking, women's reproductive organs are exposed to the outside, and some bacteria and viruses may easily enter the female body through the vagina, which can easily cause many diseases. Whether the female reproductive system is healthy can be judged by the condition of leucorrhea. So, what is the reason for women's yellow leucorrhea?

Normal leucorrhea should be milky white and transparent, and it is normal for newlyweds to have a small amount of blood during sexual intercourse. If the amount of vaginal discharge increases, is yellow or green, has a fishy smell, etc., it is abnormal vaginal discharge, which is usually a sign of genital tract inflammation.

Purulent leucorrhea: yellow or yellow-green in color, sticky, and often has a foul odor. It can be caused by acute vaginitis, cervicitis, and endocervicitis caused by bacteria such as Trichomonas or gonococci. Pyometra, cervical cancer, vaginal cancer or foreign objects retained in the vagina can also cause pus-like leucorrhea.

There are many reasons for female reproductive tract inflammation, but it is also related to sexual life. For example, the man does not wash his hands when caressing with his hands, and his nails are too long to harbor dirt; both parties or one of them does not pay attention to cleaning the lower body before intercourse, especially the man has poor hygiene habits; the man suffers from phimosis or foreskin is too long, and is lazy to urinate and clean after intercourse, etc., which are all important reasons for abnormal leucorrhea in women. Preventive measures should be taken to address the above reasons.

If the leucorrhea is pus-like, yellow or yellow-green in color, and has a fishy smell, it is Trichomonas vaginitis; if the leucorrhea is like tofu dregs or small curd-like pieces, and is accompanied by severe itching of the vulva, it may be candidal vaginitis. You are likely to have vaginal candidal infection.

treat:

1. For candidal vaginitis, you can use the vaginal cleansing suppository and insert it deep into the vagina, 1 tablet per day;

2. Take a sitz bath with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution once in the morning and once in the evening every day. One course of treatment is 15 days.

If you find yourself having such symptoms, it is best to go to the hospital as soon as possible to do a drug sensitivity test and bacterial culture, so that you can determine which drugs you are more sensitive to and what kind of bacteria it is. This will make treatment more convenient and the therapeutic effect will be better. It is recommended that women should pay attention to personal hygiene and wash their private parts with warm water every few days.
