Treatment of gonococcal pelvic inflammatory disease

Treatment of gonococcal pelvic inflammatory disease

Many of our pregnant mothers often suffer from gonococcal pelvic inflammatory disease. The main reason for this disease is that our hygiene is not well guaranteed. Gonococcal pelvic inflammatory disease must be treated in time, otherwise it will not only affect our female friends, but also our newborns. Maybe everyone is not very familiar with the treatment of gonococcal pelvic inflammatory disease. Let us learn about the treatment of gonococcal pelvic inflammatory disease.

1. Avoid drinking and smoking

Domestic and foreign studies have shown that smoking is closely related to the occurrence of respiratory diseases. The smoke contains nicotine, formaldehyde, ethyl acetate, ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, hydrocyanic acid and other harmful substances, which are irritating and toxic to the lungs and bronchi. Animal experiments have shown that smoking increases the excitability of the parasympathetic nerves, causing bronchoconstriction and spasm. The fibrosis of the respiratory mucosal epithelial cells is affected; the bronchial mucosa is congested and edematous, mucosal accumulation occurs, and the function of phagocytes in the alveoli is weakened. These factors can easily cause infection and disease. A survey shows that the incidence of tuberculosis among smokers is significantly higher than that among non-smokers. Especially for pulmonary tuberculosis, the longer the smoking time and the more smoke the smoker has, the higher the incidence rate. Quitting smoking can relieve respiratory symptoms and improve lung function. At the same time, harmful substances in smoke will hinder the healing of pulmonary tuberculosis, thereby prolonging the treatment time and even worsening the condition in the dormant phase. Therefore, tuberculosis patients should quit smoking.

Drinking alcohol can cause many kinds of harm to the human body. If you drink too much and develop alcohol poisoning, the swallowing, laryngeal nerve and vagus nerve that control the throat will be impaired, causing difficulty in swallowing and accidentally inhaling secretions in the mouth into the respiratory tract, causing lung infection. Someone once did a study in which normal people were divided into two groups, one was a drinking group and the other was a non-drinking group. Their lung function was measured separately. The results showed that the lung function indicators of the drinking group were lower, while those of the non-drinking group were normal. This shows that drinking has an impact on lung function, especially for patients with chronic lung disease who often drink alcohol, and their lung function is more obvious. On the other hand, drinking alcohol is very harmful to the liver. The anti-bacterial drugs used by tuberculosis patients, such as isoniazid, rifampicin, azithromycin, and sodium para-aminosalicylic acid, can cause damage to the liver. Drinking alcohol will aggravate the damage to the liver. Therefore, tuberculosis patients should be advised not to drink alcohol.

2. Dietary taboos

This is very important, otherwise it will be difficult to cure. (Some doctors do not have a deep understanding of this disease and actually say that there is no need to avoid certain foods. In fact, this is wrong! I have had this disease for 7 years and have more say than those doctors!) Chicken, beef, goose, dog meat, cat meat, mutton, fish, shrimp and crab (all fish are not allowed), fatty pork, lard, chili peppers (all spicy foods), peanuts, leeks, and pumpkin. The above foods must not be eaten! They will aggravate the condition! Some foods may not be listed in full, as long as you feel uncomfortable after eating them, you should not eat them!

The above content introduces us to the treatment methods of gonococcal pelvic inflammatory disease. I believe everyone has a clearer understanding of this. Gonococcal pelvic inflammatory disease requires special attention from us women because it causes too much trauma to our bodies. We should also pay attention to our own hygiene in daily life to avoid this disease.
