What are the symptoms of the first month of pregnancy

When pregnancy begins, there is no physical discomfort and it is generally difficult for pregnant women to notice it. The most obvious symptom of the first month of pregnancy is that women's menstruation usually comes at the prescribed time period. If it does not come, it means that the menstruation is abnormal, and secondly, it may be pregnancy. When the menstruation does not come for the entire month, it can be basically confirmed that you are pregnant. Of course, in order to know more accurately, it is recommended to buy a pregnancy test stick or go to the hospital for scientific and reasonable examinations. So what are the symptoms of the first month of pregnancy?

In the first month of conception, the pregnant woman will not feel the beginning of new life. However, there are some important signs that will alert a woman of childbearing age that she may be pregnant.

No menstrual period. Healthy women's menstruation usually comes on a monthly basis. If it does not come after the due date, the first thing to think of is the possibility of pregnancy. Generally speaking, if a week has passed since the menstrual period, the doctor can roughly detect signs of pregnancy; if it is one month past due, pregnancy is easier to confirm. Some women, even though they are pregnant, still have their period once or twice when they should, but the amount of blood is less than usual and the duration is shorter.

Changes in appetite. Some women begin to experience changes in appetite shortly after their period (1-2 weeks). The things I used to like to eat, I no longer like to eat now. I won’t like the food I’ve eaten once the second time. Some people simply don’t want to eat or even feel like vomiting, and some people crave something sour. Generally, these symptoms will disappear naturally after half a month to a month.

Breast changes. In early pregnancy, your breasts will increase in size and become firmer and heavier. There will be a feeling of fullness and tingling in the breasts. The small particles on the dark yellow areola around the nipple are particularly prominent.

Frequent urination. In the early stages of pregnancy, many women experience frequent urination, some as often as once an hour. This is a natural phenomenon and does not require treatment.

Mental fatigue. In early pregnancy, many women feel tired, lack energy, and want to sleep. But this period will not last too long and will pass quickly. Generally speaking, if a woman with a normal sexual life still does not have her period one week after her menstrual cycle, she should go to the hospital to check her urine to determine whether she is pregnant.

As for the fetus, it is only about 0.5 mm long, about the size of a grain of rice, and weighs about 1 gram. Although the eyes, heart and hands begin to form, there are still no human characteristics in its appearance (so it is called a fetal bud).

The arrival of every newborn brings both surprise and fear to expectant mothers. The surprise is the birth of a new life, but the fear is that without any experience, they are afraid that they will not be able to protect the life of the fetus. The first month of pregnancy will show slight changes in diet, body and other aspects. At this time, expectant mothers should learn to avoid certain foods, choose light food and breathe fresh air to ensure the healthy birth of the fetus.
