How many days does it take for the ovarian follicle to develop?

We know that whether the growth rate of a follicle is normal often affects search cloud, and people who are preparing for pregnancy need to further check whether the degree of development of their follicles is normal. Once everything is within the normal range, then everything is ready except the east wind. At this time, women who are preparing to get pregnant need to further choose the ovulation period to conceive. How many days does it take for the ovarian follicle to develop?

Under the premise of regular menstruation, ovulation often occurs 14 days before the next menstrual period. The lifespan of a mature egg after release is estimated to be 24 plus or minus 6 hours. Within 12 hours after ovulation, the egg has the strongest fertilization ability. It still has fertilization ability within 15-18 hours and loses fertilization ability after 24 hours.

After normal ejaculation, sperm can enter the uterine cavity and survive for 2-3 days, but its reproductive ability can only be maintained for 1-2 days; sperm that does not enter the uterine cavity and remains in the vagina will not survive for more than 24 hours. Therefore, fertilization should occur within 24 hours after ovulation.

The criteria for the dominant follicle: As the follicular fluid continues to increase and the follicular cavity continues to expand, the oocyte and some of the surrounding follicular cells are squeezed to one side of the follicle and protrude into the follicular cavity, which is called the cumulus ovum. The remaining follicle cells that make up the egg wall are densely arranged into several layers, called the granulosa layer. A layer of columnar follicle cells close to the zona pellucida, arranged radially, is called the corona radiata.

The connective tissue around the follicle forms two layers of follicle membranes. The inner layer has more cells and is rich in capillaries. The inner layer cells and follicular cells work together to secrete estrogen; the outer layer has more fibers. Starting from puberty, several to dozens of follicles grow and develop in each cycle, but only one follicle matures, occasionally two, and the rest are atretic.

In order to have healthy eggs, women need to protect themselves and not have abortions casually. In addition, in life, we need to further avoid eating raw, cold and cool foods. Of course, some spicy and greasy foods can easily deplete essence and blood. The correct way is to eat some warm foods appropriately.
