Therefore, when you are tired, you need to sit down and rest, which can relieve various fatigue and discomfort in the abdomen and waist. Also avoid lifting objects. This dangerous posture will not only cause harm to the fetus, but also aggravate pelvic pain. And often massaging the painful area can also relieve the pain.
