Ingredients: 10g each of Panax notoginseng and dried ginger, 20g of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 6g of costusroot, 150g of chicken and 10 jujubes.

Preparation method: First wrap Panax notoginseng, dried ginger, Salvia miltiorrhiza and costus root tightly with gauze. Cut the chicken into pieces, wash it and put it into the pot, add water and boil it, wash off the foam, add cooking wine, green onion, ginger and medicine bag, simmer over low heat until the chicken is crispy, add salt, MSG and other seasonings, and it is ready to eat.

Function: dissipate blood stasis and dissipate cold, regulate qi and relieve pain.
