1. Multifunctional abnormal uterine bleeding. It is common in clinical medicine, and the main manifestations are irregular menstrual cycles, excessive menstrual flow, prolonged menstruation or non-menstrual bleeding. The principle of treatment is to quickly activate blood circulation, regulate and establish a normal physiological cycle after activating blood circulation, and prevent attacks.

2. Irregular bleeding. Vaginal bleeding after sexual intercourse is common and is often related to gynecological diseases such as vaginitis, cervical erosion, cervical cysts, early cervical cancer, and cervical fibroids.

3. Hydatidiform mole. Women who have had a hydatidiform mole and have it recur after treatment may also experience postmenstrual bleeding. This condition may be an early symptom of malignant hydatidiform mole and should be treated immediately.

4. Take birth control pills. The effect of birth control pills on menstruation is specifically manifested in changes in the physiological cycle, which may advance or delay the time. If taken frequently, it may cause menstrual disorders and excessive menstrual bleeding.

5. Vaginal bleeding in menopausal women. Because the vagina becomes dry after menopause, if some lubricant is not used during sexual intercourse, it is very easy to cause mechanical damage to the vagina and bleeding. With the increase of age, the probability of cervical cancer and uterine cancer will also increase relatively, so regular examinations are required.

6. Bleeding during ovulation. In this case, bleeding is very light, and some people only have a small amount of brown secretion, which usually lasts for half a day or 2-3 days, and will not exceed 7 days at most. It may be accompanied by mild ovulation pain and back pain. If the symptoms are mild, no treatment is needed. If the symptoms are severe, you should see a doctor immediately.
