What are the symptoms of pimples in the vagina?

The vagina is an important reproductive organ of women and is in direct contact with the outside world. Therefore, some bad details in life may cause vaginal discomfort or disease. The most common is vaginal itching. There are many reasons for itching. It may be related to direct contact with underwear, or it may be vaginal inflammation. The main manifestation is itching. So what are the symptoms of acne in the vagina?

(1) Pain and bleeding: A larger bean can cause severe vaginal pain and bleeding, damage the vaginal wall, and some patients may experience long-term chronic pelvic pain or lumbar pain.

(2) Increased vaginal discharge with odor: Depending on the nature of the cyst, it can cause acute or chronic vaginitis, manifested as vaginal itching, increased vaginal discharge with odor; or large amounts of pus or bloody discharge; or recurrent discharge of light yellow, thin, fishy-smelling liquid. Due to long-term irritation from the discharge or complications leading to urinary incontinence, it can be combined with vulvitis, manifested as a rash on the vulva or even the inner thighs. After secondary infection, the patient may feel burning pain in the vulva and have difficulty moving.

(3) Vaginal pimples accompanied by pain during sexual intercourse: Women with a history of sexual activity may experience a foreign body sensation during sexual intercourse due to the size of the pimples, and in severe cases, sexual intercourse may be painful.

(4) Pain and urgency when urinating: Patients with vaginal masses compressing the bladder or bladder stones may experience pain and urgency when urinating.

(5) When vaginal masses cause complications such as urinary fistula or fecal fistula, clinical manifestations may include urinary incontinence, fecal discharge through the vagina, or intermittent flatulence in the vagina.

(6) Vaginal pimples can cause redness and congestion of the vaginal wall, and even ulcers. Typical ulcers are located in the vaginal vault, are round, have irregular edges, and have red particles at the bottom. The new epithelium at the edge of the ulcer may fall off.

(7) Vaginal pimples may lead to long-term chronic inflammation, causing granulation proliferation of the vaginal mucosa and the formation of polyps. When the inflammation develops further and is accompanied by infection, it may cause vaginal stenosis, adhesions, and even partial vaginal occlusion.
