What are the causes of female infertility?

At present, infertility advertisements are everywhere in the streets and alleys, and there are also many infertility advertisements on television. This also reflects from one aspect that infertility has indeed had an increasing trend in recent years. Even in the process of daily communication, many of the friends and relatives around me have to see a fertility doctor, and the topic of conversation is often related to pregnancy preparation. So, what are the causes of female infertility?

1. Ovulation disorder: growth hormone metabolism disorder, egg cell growth and development are immature, and there is no ovulation period. The causes of ovulation disorders include extremely restricted diet, obesity, stress and anxiety, etc. In addition, some diseases can also cause ovulation disorders, such as hyperlactourinary syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, luteinized uncleaved egg syndrome, etc.

2. Bilateral fallopian tube obstruction: The fallopian tubes are blocked and the bilateral fallopian tube umbrellas cannot collect eggs. Bilateral fallopian tube multifunctionality or organic abnormalities, retroperitoneal abnormalities, etc. can all cause bilateral fallopian tube obstruction. In addition, mycoplasma infection causing salpingitis and fallopian tube stenosis can also cause infertility.

3. Uterine embryo implantation obstruction: The sperm and egg cannot combine to form an embryo that can implant in the uterus. The causes of embryo implantation obstruction include uterine intrauterine polyps, uterine fibroids, abnormal uterine shape, and disorder of progesterone and growth hormone metabolism.

4. Sperm is blocked from passing through the cervix: The low secretion of cervical mucus in women prevents sperm from entering the uterus. Another situation is that the woman's body has anti-sperm antibodies, which prevents sperm from passing through the cervix.

5. Endometriosis: Endometriosis includes difficulty in ovulation, ovarian abnormalities, fallopian tube adhesions leading to fallopian tube blockage, etc. If the tissues in the pelvis adhere to each other and to the pelvic wall, successful pregnancy will be impossible.

6. Vaginal factors: Congenital factors such as hymen occlusion or vaginal septum cause obstruction or difficulty in sexual life, thereby affecting the entry of male sperm into the female reproductive system. Secondly, because of infections such as fungi, Trichomonas, and Chlamydia, Trichomonas vaginitis changes the biochemical environment in the vagina, reduces sperm motility and survival, and thus affects the chance of pregnancy.
