Causes of yellow and black vaginal discharge

Abnormal leucorrhea is a common gynecological disease. You can judge whether you have abnormal leucorrhea symptoms by the color and smell of your leucorrhea, so as to understand your own physical health status. Normal leucorrhea should be milky white or colorless and transparent, with no odor. Once the leucorrhea shows symptoms of yellowing or blackening, it means that the body is sounding the alarm for us and we should pay attention to gynecological inflammatory diseases. If not treated in time, it will cause many harms to women's health and even develop into infertility. It is recommended to go to a regular hospital's gynecology department for relevant examinations to find out the cause of the disease. Do not take medication blindly, which will worsen the condition.

Why does vaginal discharge turn black or yellow? Common causes of yellow and black vaginal discharge:

1. If the yellow and black leucorrhea occurs in the middle of the menstrual period (1-2 days), it may be normal physiological bleeding. The first thing to consider is ovulation bleeding, that is, mid-menstrual bleeding (leucorrhea with blood), which refers to a small amount of bleeding between two normal menstrual periods, which may be accompanied by varying degrees of lower abdominal pain.

2. If the leucorrhea turns yellow or black for a long time, it should be considered as pathological leucorrhea bleeding, which may be caused by vaginitis, cervical erosion, cervical polyps, endometrial lesions, tumors, etc.

If there are abnormal conditions such as yellow or black leucorrhea, abnormal leucorrhea, or rice-soup-like discharge, it is likely caused by gynecological inflammation. It is recommended to go to the hospital in time for a good examination of abnormal leucorrhea caused by various inflammations, and to rule out gynecological infections such as vaginitis, adnexitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, and endometritis.

Female friends must pay attention to changes in leucorrhea in their lives and must not be careless and ignore their reproductive health. Women with symptoms of yellow or black leucorrhea should pay attention to hygiene, change underwear frequently, keep private parts clean, and refrain from sexual intercourse during treatment. Be careful not to eat spicy foods.
