What to do if your lower abdomen is distended and your leucorrhea is abnormal

With the increase in living costs and work pressure, many female friends are under great pressure like men. After a long time, some people's bodies cannot bear it and develop various diseases, among which gynecological diseases are particularly common. Many women encounter such problems but do not seek medical treatment in time, perhaps because the area is relatively private or perhaps because they do not have enough knowledge. Below, the author will introduce the problems related to lower abdominal distension and abnormal leucorrhea.

Xiong Tao, a gynecologist at the Hubei Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, said that generally speaking, normal leucorrhea is transparent. When the menstrual period has just ended, the amount of leucorrhea will be less, and then the amount will slowly increase. During the ovulation period, a larger amount of transparent, sticky and odorless secretions will appear. After ovulation, the secretion will decrease but become thicker. Before menstruation, the secretion may increase again, become slightly yellow or brown and may have a slight fishy smell.

Dr. Xiong Tao specifically pointed out that if women experience abnormal leucorrhea and lower abdominal distension, they should consider the possibility of gynecological infectious diseases caused by bacteria or other pathogens. Including acute endometritis, acute salpingo-oophoritis, pelvic peritonitis and acute pelvic cellulitis. It is also seen in sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea. This sexually transmitted disease includes gonococcal infection and chlamydia infection, which can cause abnormal leucorrhea and lower abdominal distension.

Women experience long-term lumbar pain and lower abdominal distension, which worsens after sex and during menstruation. It is often accompanied by increased leucorrhea, which is mostly caused by chronic cervicitis. If you experience long-term lower abdominal distension, pain, and lumbar pain that worsens after fatigue, sex, or before and after menstruation, and are often accompanied by menstrual disorders and fatigue, it is mostly caused by cervical erosion.

After reading this article, I believe everyone now has some understanding of the causes and treatments of abnormal leucorrhea and lower abdominal distension. If you have increased leucorrhea or the trouble of lower abdominal distension in your life, you can use the methods I introduced above to relieve it.
