You can improve back pain through diet therapy:

1. Stewed pork kidney with Eucommia and black beans

10g Eucommia ulmoides, 15g black beans, 5g processed Polygonum multiflorum, one pig kidney, 1-2 slices of ginger. Put it in a clay pot and cook for 1-1.5 hours. Add salt, eat the meat and drink the soup. 1-2 times a week.

2. Salted walnuts

Don’t buy processed walnuts. The processed ones contain a lot of spices, are quite hot, and cannot nourish the kidneys.

1 pound of walnuts and a little salt. You can cook them or fry them yourself (sprinkle salt water while frying). Take 4-5 capsules per day for 1 month. Another simpler method is to grind the walnuts into powder, mix a spoonful of it with boiling water every night and add salt.
