Early symptoms of Trichomonas vaginitis in women

Trichomonas vaginitis is actually a very harmful disease. And I believe that most women are often familiar with vaginitis, and Trichomonas vaginitis is actually a familiar disease. Moreover, as a common vaginitis, patients with Trichomonas vaginitis often have different uncomfortable symptoms. Trichomonas vaginitis requires active treatment. So what are the early symptoms of Trichomonas vaginitis?

A type of vaginitis belongs to a "family". In addition, there is candidal vaginitis and so on. Each type of vaginitis is different, with different symptoms and causes. It is mainly transmitted through sexual intercourse and public baths, bathtubs, swimming pools, toilets, etc. Any of us may be a hidden victim or a transmitter. So, how do we know that it is Trichomonas vaginitis? Experts say that female friends can judge based on the symptoms of the disease, so let’s take a look at the symptoms of Trichomonas vaginitis.

Clinical manifestations of Trichomonas vaginitis:

1. Abnormal leucorrhea: Leucorrhea is mostly grayish yellow, yellowish white thin liquid or yellowish green purulent secretion, often in a foamy state.

2. Vaginal mucosal congestion: In severe cases, there are scattered bleeding spots. There may be no abnormalities found in the vaginal mucosa of carriers.

3. Urinary tract symptoms: If there is an infection at the urethral opening, there may be frequent urination, painful urination, and sometimes hematuria.

4. Increased leucorrhea and vulvar itching: The main symptoms of Trichomonas vaginitis are increased thin, foamy leucorrhea and vulvar itching. If there is a mixed infection with other bacteria, the discharge will be purulent and may have a foul odor. The itching areas are mainly the vaginal opening and vulva, and there may be occasional burning and pain.

5. Others: A small number of patients have Trichomonas in the vagina without any inflammatory response, and they are called carriers. Some people believe that Trichomonas cannot cause inflammation when it exists alone, because it consumes glycogen in the vaginal epithelial cells, changes the vaginal acidity and alkalinity, destroys the defense mechanism, and promotes secondary bacterial infection. Therefore, it often causes inflammation when the vaginal pH changes before and after menstruation, during pregnancy or after childbirth.

We know that once a patient has the problem of Trichomonas vaginitis, there will often be varying degrees of discomfort in the early stages of the disease. So patients should not eat spicy food. Otherwise, the early symptoms of Trichomonas vaginitis are actually very harmful.
