The standard value standard is: fasting 5.6mmol/L, 1 hour 10.3 mmol/L, 2 hours 8.6 mmol/L, 3 hours 6.7 mmol/L. If 2 or more of them reach or exceed the standard value, it can be diagnosed as gestational diabetes. If only 1 item is higher than the standard value, it is diagnosed as impaired glucose tolerance. The most important thing is: you must drink the red bean sugar water for more than an hour before you can draw blood for testing!
