Mild pelvic adhesion cannot be checked by B-ultrasound. Only when the condition worsens can B-ultrasound be used to show the problem, and high-density extravasated fibrous tissue will be found in the pelvic tissue.

First, self-correction and self-inspection. Patients with pelvic adhesions, whether mild or severe, will have obvious symptoms, such as lower abdominal pain, and severe patients will also have low back pain. Generally speaking, the lower abdominal pain caused by pelvic adhesions will be more obvious after excessive fatigue or sexual intercourse.

Second, angiography examination. The so-called angiography examination is mainly carried out through iodized oil angiography, which is mainly used to determine the smoothness of the bilateral fallopian tubes.

Third, laparoscopy. Laparoscopy is one of the best ways to diagnose fallopian tube adhesions. With professional tools, the patient's pelvic shape, position, and the degree of pelvic adhesion can be better observed.
