Drink more boiled water to keep bowel movements smooth. People with hot blood should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables before menstruation, and avoid eating things that stimulate fire such as onions, garlic, leeks, and ginger. People with qi and blood deficiency must increase their nutrition in daily life, such as milk, eggs, soy milk, pork liver, spinach, pork, chicken, lamb, etc., and avoid eating raw and cold fruits and vegetables. Can't eat fried foods. During menstruation, women's sebum secretion increases, the skin becomes oily, and the capillaries expand, making the skin sensitive. If you eat fried foods at this time, it will increase the burden on the skin and make it easy to get acne, dark circles, etc. In addition, since fat metabolism is slower during menstruation, eating fried foods during this period can easily cause fat to accumulate in the body.

5. Do not eat raw or cold vegetables, fruits, or drinks.

6. Do not have sexual intercourse. During menstruation, the lining of the uterine cavity peels off and a wound forms on the surface. If you have sexual intercourse at this time, it is easy for bacteria to be introduced and move retrogradely into the uterine cavity, thus causing infection in the uterus.

7. Don't wear tight clothes. Tight pants will put pressure on local micro-capillaries, thus affecting blood circulation and causing congestion and edema in the genitals.
