These light exercises can help the body's blood circulate smoothly and relieve stress; on the fifth day of the menstrual period, the body begins to recover, and you can start aerobic exercises such as slow walking and jogging at this time, or you can choose some ball sports, such as table tennis, soft ball, etc. Generally speaking, if the feeling of fatigue disappears on its own after a good sleep after exercise, the amount of bleeding does not increase, and there is no abdominal pain, it means that the amount and time of exercise are appropriate.
