How to treat green leucorrhea

If the leucorrhea is blue and has a tofu-dreg-like appearance, you need to consider whether it is a problem of candidal vaginitis. As we all know, candidal vaginitis is a gynecological disease that affects many women. Therefore, only if we pay more attention to it can we avoid the impact and harm caused by these diseases as much as possible. The following is a detailed analysis of the methods for treating this disease.

Leucorrhea that looks like tofu dregs is a typical symptom of candidal vaginitis. Candidal vaginitis is a very stubborn gynecological disease. It is difficult to completely cure it with medication alone. It is easy to relapse, and it can be transmitted through sexual intercourse. Therefore, in this case, it is best for both partners to come to the hospital for a secretion examination at the same time. If infected, both partners should be treated at the same time.

Treatment of vaginal candidiasis includes

1. Use 2% to 4% baking soda water to rinse the vagina 1 to 2 times a day, and 2 weeks is a course of treatment. After rinsing, wipe the vulva dry to inhibit the growth of Candida.

2. After flushing, you can insert the nystatin tablet deep into the vagina, once a night, 50,000-100,000 units each time, 7-10 days as a course of treatment. You can also apply Daconin cream to the vulva at the same time.

3. Oral medication: Since fungal infections can be transmitted between couples through sexual intercourse, oral medication can be used to treat both parties. Oral medication can also inhibit intestinal Candida. Oral fluconazole: 150 mg once, taken all at once.

4. Develop good hygiene habits: wash your hands before going to the toilet; do not abuse unclean toilet paper; wipe the vulva from front to back after defecation; wash the vulva every day, change underwear and put it in a ventilated place to dry; use your own basin and towel for your own use; wash underwear and socks in different basins

.5. Dress appropriately: Do not wear synthetic underwear, and do not borrow other people's underwear, panties, or swimsuits. 6. Exercise, eat a balanced diet, and do not eat foods high in sugar or spicy foods. 7. Do not have sex during treatment.

For female friends, ensuring their reproductive health is absolutely important. If these inflammations are not effectively treated and resolved, other problems may arise, posing a greater threat to women's reproductive health. Therefore, women must learn to take care of themselves and actively treat and resolve problems when they arise.
