Where to apply Sanfu stickers for dysmenorrhea

There are many acupoints on our human body, and each acupoint corresponds to a part of our internal organs. Therefore, Chinese medicine treats some diseases based on acupoints. So which acupoints are used for dysmenorrhea plastering? Let me explain to you below.

The acupoints commonly used in Sanfutie are recommended by Teacher Wu in a more comprehensive way. You can apply it according to your own conditions (not every acupoint must be applied). The following are strongly recommended:

1. Feishu Point

On the back, 1.5 inches lateral to the spinous process of the third thoracic vertebra. In addition to treating local symptoms such as neck and shoulder pain, it is also good at treating lung diseases such as fever, cold, cough, and wheezing.

2. The most serious

Gaohuang point is one of the common acupoints of the Foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian, located 3 inches lateral to the spinous process of the 4th thoracic vertebra. It is commonly used in modern times to treat bronchitis, bronchial asthma, mastitis, and various chronic deficiency diseases.

3. Clear the throat

Lie prone or sit upright with your head lowered. The acupoint is on the back, 0.5 inches lateral to the transverse process of the seventh cervical vertebra. Used to treat bronchial asthma, bronchitis, tuberculosis, whooping cough, neck sprains, etc. Combined with the Feishu point and Zhongfu point, it is used to treat cough.

4. Tiantu

Located on the neck, on the middle web of the present day, in the center of the suprasternal fossa. It is mainly used to treat wheezing, cough, aphonia, sore throat, vomiting, goiter, and plum pit qi.

5. Dazhui

Located in the spinal region, below the spinous process of the first thoracic vertebra, 1.5 inches lateral to the posterior center line. Mainly used to treat diseases of the chest, lungs, neck and back. Such as colds and headaches, coughs and shortness of breath, wheezing and throat congestion, stiff neck, shoulder and back pain, fever, fullness in the chest and flanks, stiff pain in the waist and spine, epilepsy, syncope, dizziness, weakness, cold pain in the bone marrow, dengue fever, etc.

6. Xinshu

Located 1.5 inches lateral to the spinous process of the 5th thoracic vertebra. It is mainly used to treat heart and mental disorders, cough and vomiting blood.

7. Dazhui Point

In the indentation below the transverse process of the 7th cervical vertebra. It is mainly used to treat fever, dengue fever, cough, wheezing, spleen deficiency and dampness, stiff neck, shoulder and back pain, stiff waist and spine, opisthotonos, infantile convulsions, epilepsy, deficiency due to the five labors, fatigue due to the seven injuries, heatstroke, cholera, vomiting, jaundice, and rubella.
