Is cesarean section painful or vaginal delivery painful?

Pregnant mothers are all confused about one question: is it more painful to have a caesarean section or a natural birth? People are afraid of pain. Generally speaking, the pain of natural birth will be much greater than that of caesarean section, and it will also be more conducive to the baby to adapt to future life. However, whether natural birth is possible depends on the doctor's observation of the baby's body odor and the physical condition of the pregnant woman. Of course, whether it is natural birth or caesarean section, mothers are all great.

A normal birth is very painful during uterine contractions and childbirth. You will feel relaxed and comfortable when the baby is born, but it will be very painful again when the vulva wound is sutured. A caesarean section is painless throughout the entire childbirth process because of anesthesia, but the wound will be more painful after the anesthesia wears off, but it is bearable. It mainly depends on the sensitivity of the mother and whether she is afraid of pain.

A natural vaginal delivery requires a fetus of moderate size, which can be born smoothly through the mother's appropriately sized birth canal under the force of normal uterine contraction. Vaginal delivery only requires a small amount of local anesthesia, and the postpartum recovery is faster and the hospital stay is shorter. Relatively speaking, cesarean section requires more complicated anesthesia methods, and the chances of surgical bleeding and postoperative complications are increased, which will cause mental and physical trauma to the pregnant woman. The mortality and morbidity rates of both the mother and the fetus are higher for caesarean section than for vaginal delivery. Therefore, the only way to ensure the safety of both mother and child is to promptly detect problems during prenatal examinations, communicate and cooperate closely with doctors, and adopt appropriate delivery methods.

To be precise, natural birth is more painful, but if the conditions are met, it is recommended to choose natural birth or cesarean section. Although it will be very painful during childbirth, it is better for the baby, and the recovery after giving birth will be faster. Relatively speaking, the incision will be very painful after a cesarean section, and the recovery time after surgery will be slower.
