Symptoms and diagnosis of vulvar leukoplakia

Symptoms and diagnosis of vulvar leukoplakia

I think everyone has some knowledge about vulvar leukoplakia. Many women have only heard of it. Once this disease occurs in themselves, it cannot be treated in time, thus delaying the best treatment time. In order to treat this disease as early as possible, female friends must know how to know whether they have vulvar leukoplakia. Next, I will introduce this issue to everyone. Let’s take a look.

1. Differentiation of symptoms. The disease of vulvar leukoplakia can be identified based on the symptoms. Generally, after contracting this disease, the patient's private parts will turn white and feel itchy, the skin will become very rough, and some dandruff will appear. If these symptoms are present, it is confirmed to be vulvar leukoplakia. This disease can be divided into many types. If it is hyperplastic vulvar leukoplakia, some of the patient's skin will become thickened, without any elasticity, and there will also be ulcers.

2. Somatic cell biopsy. In order to better diagnose vulvar leukoplakia, the patient needs to undergo a cell puncture biopsy to diagnose whether there are tumor cells. This examination can determine whether the patient has any disease and prevent symptoms of early lesions. During the examination, an appropriate amount of material should be added to the patient's skin lesions. If there are bare cores in the undiscolored areas, it indicates that the possibility of lesions is relatively high. If the affected area is very large, treatment should be given first, and then cell biopsy can be performed when the symptoms improve, which can increase the diagnosis rate.

3. Basis of pathological diagnosis There are many symptoms of leukoplakia or itching in the private parts, not just vulvar leukoplakia. Although the symptoms look similar on the surface, they cannot be directly distinguished by the naked eye. Therefore, when skin lesions occur, a biopsy must be performed in order to diagnose the disease.

Through the above introduction, everyone has clearly understood how to judge whether they have the disease of vulvar leukoplakia. Only by correctly diagnosing the disease can we better treat the disease and make our body fully recover. At the same time, patients should do a good job of prevention in daily life, pay more attention to their own hygiene, and prevent the disease from occurring in their bodies. I hope all women can pay attention to this disease.
