We have been married for a year, but we have no children because my follicles are not well developed. I have been undergoing treatment for half a year, but after having sex with my husband in the past few days, I found that I had leucorrhea. However, we had sex during my ovulation period. When having sex during the ovulation period, is there a possibility of pregnancy? What is the matter with the secretion? Do I need to go to the hospital for some examinations? Could this be some gynecological disease? What causes the secretion? 1. During the ovulation period, the amount of vaginal discharge will increase, appearing like egg white and having a stringy feel. Whether there is mature follicle development is best confirmed by B-ultrasound examination. The size of mature follicles is generally around 18-25MM. The chance of pregnancy is higher if you have sex within 15 hours after the follicle matures and is discharged. The ovulation period is 14 days before the next menstrual period. During this period, the amount of vaginal discharge will increase and become thicker. If you have sex without taking any contraceptive measures at this time, you may get pregnant. 2. Under normal circumstances, the vagina and vulva often have a small amount of secretions to keep them moist, which is called leucorrhea. It is composed of vaginal mucosal exudates, cervical glands and endometrial secretions, and contains vaginal epithelial exfoliated cells and white blood cells. Normal leucorrhea is white and odorless, and its quantity and quality are related to changes in the body's physiological condition. If the secretion volume increases or the characteristics are abnormal, it is called pathological leucorrhea or abnormal leucorrhea. 3. Leucorrhea is female vaginal discharge. The normal leucorrhea of women is an odorless, slightly acidic viscous substance that has the functions of moistening the vagina, excreting waste, and inhibiting the growth of pathogens. It is a normal physiological phenomenon. In healthy women, the increase in vaginal discharge is directly proportional to the increase in estrogen levels in the body. For example, increased vaginal discharge during ovulation or pregnancy, excessive growth of the endometrium, or after the use of estrogen drugs can all occur. First of all, we need to pay attention to our own hygiene habits. In normal times, we should use some warm water or clean water to wash our private parts with bath water. It is normal to have some secretions, but if there is yellow leucorrhea, bloody leucorrhea, thick leucorrhea, etc., these are all abnormal phenomena and we should prevent the occurrence of gynecological diseases. |
