Causes of miscarriage

Causes of miscarriage

More and more young couples are too busy with work to have time to have children. In particular, many people, after becoming pregnant, continue to work, drink, and go out to play alone. They often do not pay attention to their bodies, which can easily lead to miscarriage. Next, let us understand the symptoms of miscarriage.

1. Uterine developmental abnormalities and symptoms

Uterine abnormalities are mainly manifested in congenital uterine malformations such as poor development, small uterus, uterine cavity adhesions, uterine fibroids, and uterine diseases such as uterine fibroids. Why do they lead to habitual miscarriage? Because it is the place where the fertilized egg implants, develops, and grows, and it is the soil necessary for the embryo; congenital malformations and uterine diseases will limit the space required for embryonic development and cannot get normal blood supply, leading to miscarriage.

2. Chromosome mutation

Chromosomal abnormalities are more common in women who marry close relatives and those who are over the optimal childbearing age (around 25 years old); why does it lead to habitual miscarriage? In consanguineous marriages, the more identical genes both parties have (including abnormal genes), the more likely chromosomal abnormalities will occur; after the optimal childbearing age, the frequency of chromosome nondisjunction during reproductive cell division increases, which means the chance of mutation increases; and during pregnancy, x-ray radiation, viral infection and external factors can also cause structural abnormalities such as chromosome breakage, deletion, translocation, and lead to miscarriage.

3. Luteal insufficiency and relaxation of the internal cervical opening

After the ovary ruptures and ovulates, a corpus luteum is formed, which secretes progesterone and estrogen. In addition to causing congestion and supplying nutrients to the pregnant uterus, progesterone also keeps the uterus in a relatively resting state, inhibits uterine muscle contractions, and relaxes the uterine wall, which is beneficial to the development and growth of the embryo. Do you know the three main causes of habitual miscarriage? Failure to provide the embryo with the hormones and blood it needs normally will not only restrict its growth, but will also cause miscarriage due to the production of antigens due to blood type incompatibility, congenital cervical dilatation or isthmus defects.

From the above article, we learned about the symptoms of miscarriage. First of all, the body is relatively fragile during pregnancy, and it is easy to have a miscarriage again due to carelessness. Everyone should pay more attention.
