Stomach pain due to vaginal discharge

Stomach pain due to vaginal discharge

Under normal circumstances, women will have leucorrhea, which is also a common vaginal secretion. Many women have some gynecological problems to a greater or lesser extent, so when doing a physical examination, routine leucorrhea examination is one of the necessary examination items. If a woman's leucorrhea is accompanied by abdominal pain, she also needs to undergo routine leucorrhea examination. So what is the reason for stomach pain when having leucorrhea?

1. Pelvic inflammatory disease

Some female friends will find that their vaginal discharge has increased and their lower abdomen is bloated and painful. The disease that causes such symptoms is most likely pelvic inflammatory disease, which is a common gynecological disease. The symptoms of the disease depend on the progression of the disease. If you want to have a healthy body, you should seek treatment as early as possible. If the patient has abdominal pain and excessive vaginal discharge, he or she needs to go to the hospital as soon as possible for gynecological color ultrasound, vaginal secretion examination and gynecological examination to determine whether there is pelvic inflammation and vaginal inflammation.

2. Causes

Pelvic inflammatory disease, or pelvic inflammation, refers to inflammation of the female pelvic reproductive organs, connective tissue around the uterus, and pelvic peritoneum. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is often caused by incomplete treatment of the acute phase. It has a long duration and is a stubborn disease. Bacteria retrogradely infect the pelvis through the uterus and fallopian tubes. But in real life, not all women will suffer from pelvic inflammatory disease, only a few will develop it.

3. Treatment

Antibiotics are the main drug treatment for acute pelvic inflammatory disease, including intravenous infusion, intramuscular injection or oral administration. A broad spectrum of antibiotics should be used in combination with anti-anaerobic drugs, and attention should be paid to the sufficiency of the course of treatment. If there is a mass such as a hydrosalpinx or a tubo-ovarian cyst, surgery may be necessary. Patients with small foci of infection and recurrent inflammation are also suitable for surgical treatment. The principle of surgery is to completely cure the disease and avoid the chance of recurrence of residual lesions. Adnexemectomy or salpingectomy is performed. In addition, it is necessary to relieve patients' mental concerns, enhance their confidence in treatment, increase nutrition, exercise, pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and improve the body's resistance.
