Daily conditioning 1. Foods that should not be taken together: Poor food combinations will cause digestive problems. For example, protein and starch are not good partners, and vegetables and fruits are also a bad combination. Milk should not be consumed at the same time as three meals, and sugar should not be taken with protein or starch. 2 Chew rice soup: Rice soup and barley porridge are effective for problems such as bloating, flatulence and heartburn. Add one part rice (millet or barley) to five parts water and boil for 10 minutes. Cover and simmer for 50 minutes.
