Women should take care of themselves, both mentally and physically. Before and after the menstrual period, our uterus will secrete a white viscous substance, which is discharge. What kind of discharge is considered healthy? Is it normal if there are two white blood cells in the discharge we secrete? It is imperative to care about women's health. If we find something wrong with our body, we must not be lazy or take chances. We should do some gynecological examinations in time and take care of ourselves. Female secretions, also known as discharge, are a mixture of metabolic mucus from various parts of the female genitals, squamous epithelial cells that fall off the vaginal mucosa, white blood cell counts, and bacteria. Its function is to keep the vaginal mucosa moist and lubricated. Female secretion examination is to observe the color, properties, pH acidity, viscosity, etc. of female secretions, and is mainly used to diagnose female reproductive diseases. The white blood cell count is always there, 2 is not too many, the white blood cell count is just the body's defense cells, they are harmless in themselves, they only increase when there is an infection such as bacteria, and their function is to kill bacteria. If the white blood cell count is too high, it may indicate a serious infection. If there are no obvious symptoms, it is recommended not to take medicine. Instead, taking medicine will destroy the normal beneficial bacteria and acid-base balance of the female vagina. Once destroyed, it will be more likely to get vaginitis in the future. Normal beneficial bacteria produce acid, and generally harmful bacteria are difficult to grow in an acidic and alkaline environment, so try not to destroy them. Do not use alkaline detergent for daily cleaning. Generally, vaginal secretions are acidic, which can prevent pathogens from multiplying in the female vagina. The pH value indicates the pH acidity and alkalinity in the vagina. The standard value is 4.5. When suffering from candidal or bacterial vaginitis, the pH value of secretions increases and may exceed 5-6. The cleanliness of leucorrhea is divided into 4 levels: Ⅰ-Ⅱ degrees are normal, Ⅲ-Ⅳ degrees are abnormal secretions, indicating Trichomonas vaginitis. Grade I: Many vaginal squamous epithelial cells and vaginal bacilli are seen under the microscope. Grade II: Microscopically, there are squamous epithelial cells in the vagina, a small white blood cell count, some vaginal bacilli, and a small amount of fungi or pus balls. Grade III: A small amount of vaginal bacilli, many pus balls and fungi are seen under the microscope. Grade IV: No vaginal bacilli are seen under the microscope, and except for a small amount of squamous epithelial cells, the main bacteria are pus balls and fungi. If fungi and trichomonas are not found, this situation should be bacterial vaginitis. If there is a small amount of white blood cell count and squamous cell count in the routine examination of leucorrhea, it is normal and generally there is no big problem. Pay attention to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment of the vulva. |
