Common causes of increased leucorrhea with odor include:

1. After infection with amoeba, the amount of leucorrhea secreted increases and has a peculiar smell. It generally presents as: bloody serous or yellow viscous secretions, sometimes mixed with small rotten meat-like substances (which look like yellow sauce soup).

2. The leucorrhea is yellow or yellow-green, thin and foamy, or like rice water, grayish white, and the amount of leucorrhea increases with an odor. It is mostly caused by vaginal trichomoniasis.

3. The amount of leucorrhea increases and has an odor. It is milky white or light yellow, purulent, and often accompanied by abdominal pain. It is usually caused by chronic cervicitis or endocervicitis.

4. When suffering from fallopian tube cancer, due to the tumor stimulating the fallopian tube epithelium to exude fluid and necrosis of the diseased tissue, the leucorrhea is mostly intermittent, clear, yellow-red liquid, flowing out of the vagina in bursts continuously.

5. When women suffer from cervical cancer, vaginal cancer, uterine cancer and other diseases, the "leucorrhea" they secrete is mostly characterized by increased leucorrhea with an odor, rice-washing water-like appearance, turbidity, and sometimes mixed with blood in a light pink color.

6. The leucorrhea is yellow-white in color, and most of the time it is sticky, but sometimes it can be thin. It is typically milky white, like bean dregs, or in the form of curd-like white flakes or lumps. Most of the time it is caused by fungal infection.
