What are the causes of miscarriage after more than one month of pregnancy?

There are many reasons that lead to miscarriage, even for people who are very careful in their lives. There is also the possibility of miscarriage. The first three months of pregnancy is a period that requires stability. Pregnancy is very important for them. Let us now understand the reasons for miscarriage after more than one month of pregnancy. I hope it will attract everyone's attention.

1. Uterine deformation: A normal uterus is a hollow bag made of muscle, shaped like an inverted pear. Some uteruses with abnormal physiology may have abnormal shapes. If the deformation is not too serious, the baby may be delivered normally, but it will often result in spontaneous abortion. This type of uterine deformation is not easy to detect except through X-ray examination.

2. Cervical laceration: When forceps are used for delivery during difficult labor or after an artificial abortion, lacerations will be left at the cervical opening. If left untreated, the fetus will leak out of the laceration and cause miscarriage when you get pregnant again. This is also a factor that causes spontaneous abortion at 30 days of pregnancy. Surgery can be used to suture the cervix to prevent further miscarriage.

3. Uterine retroflexion: The normal position of the uterus should be slightly bent forward. However, some healthy women often have a slightly retroflexed uterus. These slight retroflexions will naturally turn into forward flexions about 3 months after conception. However, sometimes, during the process of the uterus turning from retroflexion to anteflexion, the stimulation causes uterine contraction, which can lead to spontaneous abortion.

4. Uterine hypoplasia: This mostly occurs in people who have a late first menstruation, or who often have irregular menstrual cycles, or who are physically weak. If the miscarriage is caused by these conditions, endocrine therapy can be used to improve these shortcomings and prevent the next miscarriage.

Miscarriage during pregnancy seems to be a very common phenomenon. On the one hand, it is because the current environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, and on the other hand, it is because of one's own lack of attention. The reasons for miscarriage after more than one month of pregnancy are mainly divided into the above types. After the miscarriage, you also need to pay attention to your physical health. In order to prevent various miscarriage situations, you need to have a detailed understanding of the above reasons.
