2. Physical therapy: When drug therapy is ineffective, patients with moderate to severe conditions can choose physical therapy. Therefore, infertile women should not use this therapy.

3. Surgical treatment: When both drug treatment and physical therapy are ineffective, severe patients can choose to undergo cervical conization or total hysterectomy. Surgical treatment is not recommended unless it is absolutely necessary. Endometritis caused by abortion is not suitable for physical therapy or surgical treatment, as it is prone to postoperative infection and other gynecological inflammations. Currently, domestic medical technology is not yet fully mature. Therefore, choosing drug treatment for endometritis is the best treatment method.

Endometritis in women is an inflammation of the lining of the uterus. According to the length of the disease course, it can be divided into acute endometritis and chronic endometritis. The main symptoms of acute endometritis are fever, lower abdominal pain, increased vaginal discharge, sometimes bloody or foul-smelling, and sometimes slightly enlarged and tender uterus.
