Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment

Thick endometrium 1. Qi stagnation and blood stasis: lower abdominal distension and pain before and during menstruation, irregular menstruation, dark red menstrual blood with blood clots, and the pain will be relieved when the clots are removed. Breast tenderness, anal distension, irritability, dark tongue or with petechiae and ecchymosis, white tongue coating, and stringy and wiry pulse.

2. Cold and blood stasis: Cold pain in the lower abdomen before and during menstruation, relieved by warmth; irregular menstruation, dark menstrual blood, with blood clots, pain relieved when the clots are removed. Cold body and limbs, nausea and vomiting, heavy anus, and loose stools.

3. Heat depression and blood stasis: burning pain in the lower abdomen before and during menstruation, prefers coolness and refuses to be pressed, fever during or before and after menstruation, early menstruation, heavy and thick menstruation with clots, bitter taste in the mouth and thirst, irritability, yellow urine and constipation, and obvious tenderness of pelvic nodules and masses.

4. Qi deficiency and blood stasis: dull pain in the lower abdomen during or after menstruation, prefers pressure and warmth, dark menstrual blood, or blood clots. Fatigue, loss of appetite, heaviness in the anus, and loose stools. The complexion is dull, the tongue is pale with teeth marks, the tongue coating is white, and the pulse is thin and slow or thin, stringy and weak.

5. Kidney deficiency and blood stasis: dull pain in the lower abdomen during or after menstruation, preference for pressure and warmth, sore waist and weak knees, dizziness and tinnitus, irregular menstruation, light-colored menstruation, or blood clots, or scanty and heavy menstruation. Fatigue and drowsiness, loss of libido, difficulty conceiving, heaviness in the anus, and loose stools.
