What are the symptoms of lower abdominal pain caused by cervical erosion?

Nowadays, various gynecological diseases are threatening the health of modern women. Especially in terms of survival pressure, the pressure on women is no less than that on men, so many women ignore their own health problems. For example, there are many women suffering from cervical erosion every year. What are the symptoms of lower abdominal pain caused by cervical erosion?

Mild cervical erosion will not cause lower abdominal pain. The most obvious symptoms of patients with moderate and severe cervical erosion are yellow and sticky vaginal discharge with blood. Some patients with cervical erosion will have obvious bleeding after intercourse. Cervical erosion is divided into three types according to the area of erosion: mild, moderate, and severe. Mild cervical erosion has no particularly obvious symptoms, while the most obvious symptoms of patients with moderate and severe cervical erosion are increased leucorrhea, which is yellow and sticky, or contains blood. A small number of patients may experience bleeding after intercourse.

Some women may experience lower abdominal pain or lumbar pain. The main symptom of cervical erosion is a significant increase in the amount of leucorrhea. Generally, the leucorrhea is milky white or light yellow purulent secretions, and occasionally there will be trace amounts of blood in the leucorrhea.

The vulva and vagina may be irritated by increased leucorrhea and may develop vulvitis or vaginitis, causing itching and pain in the vulva and vagina. When the inflammation is severe, it may spread along the uterosacral ligament and cardinal ligament to cause pelvic connective tissue inflammation, causing pain in the lower abdomen or lumbosacral region, accompanied by a feeling of falling. When the inflammation spreads to the bladder triangle or around the bladder, frequent urination or difficulty urinating may occur; the sticky leucorrhea is not conducive to sperm penetration, so severe cervical erosion can cause female infertility.

Therefore, the above gives you a relatively detailed introduction to the symptoms of cervical erosion. At the same time, we also hope that the majority of female friends will pay enough attention to it. Because for women, gynecological diseases are very harmful. If you don’t pay enough attention, it will cause more serious consequences in the later stage.
