1. Preparation of Double Octopus Soup: 8 grams of mulberry silkworm cob, 15 grams each of sea cuttlebone, Guanshayuan, antler frost, and golden cherry, and 10 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala, decocted in water and taken all at once. Note: It warms the kidney and strengthens the spleen, consolidates the essence and stops leukorrhea. It is mainly used to treat bacterial vaginitis. The syndrome is kidney deficiency, with symptoms including increased leucorrhea, which is clear, thin and transparent, accompanied by sore waist and weak knees, dizziness, tinnitus, loose stools, etc.

2. Preparation of ginkgo black chicken soup: Kill a black chicken (about 500 grams) alive, remove the hair and internal organs, and wash it; wash 30 grams of lotus seeds, 15 grams of glutinous rice, and a little pepper. Put 10 ginkgo nuts, lotus seeds, glutinous rice and pepper into the chicken's abdominal cavity, seal it, put it into a stewing pot and cover it. Stew it over low heat for 2-3 hours until the chicken is cooked through. Season and serve (can be eaten in 2-3 times, drink the soup, eat the meat, ginkgo nuts, etc.).

3. Preparation of purslane drink: Wash 50 grams of fresh purslane, soak it again in cold boiled water, cut it into small pieces, blend it in a blender, squeeze out the fresh juice, add 25 ml of honey and mix well, stew it in water, and drink it in 2 times. Note: It clears away heat and detoxifies, promotes dampness and stops leukorrhea. It is mainly used to treat bacterial vaginitis, with symptoms of damp-heat or internal accumulation of heat toxins. Purslane, also known as melon seeds, is sour and cold in nature, and has the functions of clearing away heat and detoxifying, eliminating dampness and stopping leukorrhea. It has a certain inhibitory effect on Shigella, sonnei, Steinernea, Shigella dysenteriae, Salmonella typhi, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus. Because Purslane can be anti-inflammatory, it has a therapeutic effect on increased leucorrhea caused by genital tract inflammation. It is forbidden for pregnant women to use.
