What to do if pregnant women have acne on their necks

Pregnant women all have a problem, that is, acne is easy to appear on the neck during pregnancy. In fact, during pregnancy, under the influence of hormones, the secretion of sebaceous glands of the skin will increase, which is a normal physiological phenomenon. It is recommended to use Chinese herbal cosmetics to remove acne on the face. It can act directly on the acne site and be quickly absorbed through the skin, so that the oil in the hair follicles is quickly decomposed and the acne is quickly eliminated. So what should pregnant women do if they have acne on their necks? Are there any other solutions?

Most pregnant women will only feel that their face becomes oilier and their nose becomes bigger. But some mothers may develop annoying acne on their faces, chests and backs due to clogged pores and bacterial proliferation. In addition, in daily life, experts also put forward the following seven suggestions for expectant mothers with acne:

1. Keep your face and body clean. Wash your face with a cleanser suitable for your skin type.

2. Pay attention to your diet, eat more vegetables and fruits, and less fried, high-calorie and spicy foods.

3. Improper use of external products can cause acne or make it worse.

4. Keep a happy mood and get enough sleep. The more nervous and worried you are, the more acne you will develop.

5. Don't squeeze pimples to avoid secondary infection caused by the bacteria on your hands or leaving permanent pits.

6. Bring your current medicines, skin care products and cosmetics to a dermatologist for review and let the doctor determine whether they are related to acne.

7. Only by following the doctor's advice and receiving treatment on time can the condition be properly controlled.

Generally, women's skin (especially facial skin) will undergo corresponding changes after pregnancy. There are three situations: one, it is the same as before pregnancy, with no major changes; two, the facial skin tone becomes darker and spots appear; three, the number of acne increases. If you already have acne, you will get more after pregnancy.

Acne on the neck is caused by endocrine disorders after pregnancy. As the pregnancy weeks increase, the acne will slowly increase, growing from the neck to the chest and back. But it is normal and there is no need to worry. It will gradually disappear after giving birth! If there are too many acne, consult a doctor. In general, you just need to keep your skin clean. In summer, you sweat a lot, so you should take a bath frequently to avoid inflammation. So don't worry and just feel free to have your baby.
