Everyone knows that menopause is an important period of aging for women. Women in this period are prone to some physiological changes, and even personality changes, but the most important sign is that women go through menopause and no longer produce eggs. However, some women still have menstruation, and the menstrual flow is heavy and contains blood clots during menopause. This makes some women entering menopause very distressed and they don’t know what to do. Menopause is a physiological process before and after the menopause in women aged 45 to 55. However, some women may experience symptoms such as menstrual disorders, dizziness, fatigue, edema, palpitations, insomnia, obesity, etc., which is also called menopausal syndrome. Therefore, the diet during menopause should be adjusted according to the individual's specific circumstances. For women who have frequent menstruation before menopause, excessive menstrual blood flow, and thus develop anemia, with symptoms such as pale complexion, shortness of breath, dizziness, blurred vision, and general fatigue, they should pay attention to the following points in their diet: (1) Supplement protein. It is best to use animal protein with high physiological value, such as milk, eggs, animal offal, and lean beef, mutton, pork, etc., because these foods not only contain amino acids necessary for the human body, but also contain vitamins A, B1, B2, etc. In particular, pork liver, which is rich in iron and vitamins A, B12, folic acid, etc., is an important food for treating anemia. Stewing black fungus with brown sugar can treat excessive menstruation in women. (2) Eat more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Such as apples, pears, bananas, oranges, hawthorns, fresh dates, spinach, rapeseed, cabbage, radish, tomatoes, carrots, etc. These foods are not only rich in iron and copper, but also contain folic acid, ascorbic acid and carotene, which are effective in preventing and treating anemia. Vitamin C can also promote the absorption and utilization of iron. (3) If you have a poor appetite and are not suitable to eat greasy food, you can use red dates, longans and brown sugar to make red date and longan soup. Or you can use red dates, red beans, and glutinous rice to make red dates and red beans porridge, or you can use red dates, lotus seeds, and glutinous rice to cook porridge. Both can have the benefits of strengthening the spleen, replenishing qi, and nourishing blood. Heavy menstrual flow with blood clots is a phenomenon that occurs in a small number of menopausal women, but this does not mean that these women are not aging or that they are well maintained. It is just a signal that there is a problem with the body and women need to pay great attention to it. They should also pay more attention to their daily lives and avoid nutritional deficiencies, etc. |
