Treatment of chronic cervical inflammation

(5) Bohm lamp therapy Bohm lamp therapy device is a new device for treating cervical inflammation. Antibiotics are used for 10 days after the operation, bathing in a tub is prohibited for 2 weeks, and sexual intercourse is prohibited for 1 month. Follow-up examination 1 to 2 months after surgery.

(6) Infrared coagulation is a method of using infrared radiation to cause local tissue to coagulate, necrotize, and fall off, forming a non-inflammatory superficial ulcer. After the granulation tissue grows, it is eventually covered by new squamous epithelium and heals. This method has few side effects, less vaginal discharge after surgery, and the crust is thin and falls off quickly.

2. Medication

(1) Vaginal irrigation can be performed with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution before applying the medicine.

(2) Topical medication

① After vaginal douching, you can use 10% to 20% silver nitrate dipped in a cotton swab and apply it locally. Apply the medicine once a week, 2 to 4 times per course of treatment. After applying the medicine, gently wipe the local area with a cotton ball with physiological saline. This method is simple and suitable for grassroots units.

② Potassium dichromate solution: This medicine has bactericidal and anti-edema effects. This method is simple, the drug solution is easy to prepare, the dosage is small, the side effects are few, and it is easy to carry. It is suitable for grassroots units or after a census.
