First of all, what does ovulation temperature mean? Ovulation temperature is also called resting body temperature, which refers to the blood temperature measured after a person has 6-8 hours of sleep and the body temperature is not affected by any exercise, diet or mood changes. Generally speaking, when women are not preparing for pregnancy, their body temperature during ovulation is around 36.5 degrees Celsius, and during the ovulation period, the body temperature will reach a minimum.

During pregnancy, the pregnant woman's body temperature will rise during ovulation. After the temperature rises, it generally remains between 36.9 Celsius and 37.2 Celsius. If your body temperature remains at this level for about 12 days, there are no other obvious abnormalities in your body, and your menstrual period is delayed, and your body may show early pregnancy symptoms from time to time, then you can basically determine that you are pregnant. However, if the pregnant woman's body temperature fluctuates during ovulation, it should be taken seriously to prevent unexpected situations such as miscarriage.
