The uneven echo of the uterine myometrium requires caution

The body is the capital of revolution. This old saying just reflects the importance of physical health. Nowadays, many women have the problem of uneven echo of the uterine myometrium. However, since it is a gynecological disease and difficult to talk about, some women are reluctant to go to the hospital for treatment, which can easily delay the disease. So what is the reason for the uneven echo of the uterine myometrium?

The myometrium refers to the smooth muscle tissue that makes up the middle layer of the mammalian uterus. The sex hormones secreted by the ovaries can stimulate the smooth muscle fibers of the uterus, causing hypertrophy and hyperplasia corresponding to the sexual cycle. Inhomogeneous echogenicity of the myometrium may be caused by endometritis, uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, or endometriosis. We have to understand in detail.

1. Uterine myoma: This has nothing to do with miscarriage, but is related to the unstable level of estrogen secretion. If the echo size is less than 5cm, and there is only one, not multiple, then don't worry about it. Guidance: It is recommended to rest more, not to treat, and have a physical examination once a year to observe whether the uterine myoma has grown. There is no point in worrying too much, and general drugs to eliminate tumors have little effect.

2. If you have had multiple miscarriages and have had a curettage, you may have endometriosis. Taking age factors into consideration, if you have dysmenorrhea, you may have adenomyosis. It depends on how uneven the echo is.

3. If uterine myoma is single, only one, and relatively small, you don't need to worry about it for the time being, and you don't need to take medicine. It won't get better even if you take it. Guidance: It is recommended to do a uterine B-ultrasound every year. If it doesn't grow, you don't need to worry about it. If it grows to about 5cm, you should go to the obstetrics and gynecology department for removal.

4. If the echo of the uterine muscle layer is uneven after delivery, it is because the uterus is still in the recovery period after delivery, so the echo of the muscle layer is uneven. After a period of recovery, it will be fine.

The above short article only provides guidance. Since the conditions in reality are diverse, we cannot generalize. If you want to know the cause of your illness and how to treat it, you need to go to the hospital for a formal examination. Once you are sick, you should deal with it in the right way. Only in this way can you have a healthy body.
