Continuous moderate vaginal bleeding in women

I believe that many female friends have experienced a situation to a greater or lesser extent, that is, continuous moderate vaginal bleeding. Many female friends may feel shy and find it difficult to speak up about this situation, and may seldom go to the hospital for consultation and treatment. So what exactly is going on with persistent moderate vaginal bleeding? Let’s take a closer look at it.

Continuous moderate vaginal bleeding means continuous vaginal bleeding during the non-menstrual period with a moderate amount of bleeding.

Symptoms: Continuous moderate vaginal bleeding often occurs in abortion, endometriosis, cervical cancer, liver disease, thrombocytopenic purpura, anemia and other diseases;

Causes of persistent moderate vaginal bleeding:

Continuous moderate vaginal bleeding is common in inflammation of the reproductive organs, pathological pregnancy, endocrine diseases (hypertension anemia, liver disease, thrombocytopenic purpura, etc.), trauma, tumors, placement of intrauterine contraceptive devices, taking sex hormone drugs including contraceptives, etc.

Prevention of persistent moderate vaginal bleeding:

1. Avoid excessive scratching, rubbing, and washing with hot water to relieve itching. Do not use strong alkaline soaps for bathing, and do not use bath agents to repeatedly clean the vulva or rinse the vagina, which will cause changes in vaginal pH and lead to an imbalance in the normal vaginal flora, thereby destroying the vagina's acidic antibacterial barrier. Do not abuse highly irritating hormone topical medications.

2. Underwear should be soft, loose and preferably made of cotton. Avoid wearing down, nylon and wool clothing next to your skin, and avoid washing underwear and socks together.

3. Pay attention to keeping the vulva area clean and dry at ordinary times, especially during menstruation, and do not wear synthetic underwear or jeans.

4. When men take a bath, they should turn over their foreskin and clean the smegma inside the foreskin sac. This is the simplest and most effective way to prevent inflammation.

5. Avoid unclean sexual intercourse.

6. Avoid excessive use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, which may cause imbalance in the normal vaginal flora.

7. If long-term use of oral contraceptives causes recurrent vaginitis, the contraceptives should be discontinued and other contraceptive methods should be used instead.

Through the introduction in the above article, I believe everyone has a general understanding of continuous moderate vaginal bleeding in women? It is a female vaginal disease and its occurrence has certain reasons. Therefore, female friends need to be more careful and attentive in life.
