7. Raw malt juice: For those who are weaning, take one bowl a day for three consecutive days (not necessary for breastfeeding). Please inform us in advance and drink it before your milk is swollen.

8. Barley rice: two bowls a day (don’t force yourself if you can’t finish it).

9. Special lactation-promoting soup: Octopus and pork trotter soup (for those who have no milk four days after delivery).

10. Papaya tea: for those with insufficient milk (three days after delivery).

11. Liver-nourishing Soup: nourishes and protects the liver, helping the liver improve its detoxification ability.
