What to do if you have pain under your breasts

Breast hyperplasia is one of the common breast diseases among women. For example, pain under the breast is one of the common symptoms caused by breast hyperplasia. There are many reasons that lead to breast hyperplasia in women, and breast hyperplasia is not a very serious disease. So when female friends find themselves having symptoms similar to breast hyperplasia, what measures should they take to deal with it?

Breast hyperplasia is a common gynecological disease. It is more common in middle-aged women around 25-39 years old, because this period is the time when women's sexual function is the strongest. It manifests as single or multiple lumps growing in different parts of the breast. The lumps are soft in texture, have unclear boundaries, are movable, and are often accompanied by varying degrees of pain.

Especially before menstruation, after fatigue, or when there are emotional fluctuations such as anger (called qi stagnation in traditional Chinese medicine), the lump will increase in size and the pain will increase in severity, while after menstruation the lump will significantly shrink and the pain will be relieved. The pain is usually distending and rarely stabbing. It should be noted that breast hyperplasia may turn into breast pain, so if you suffer from breast hyperplasia for a long time, you should go to the hospital for examination for timely diagnosis and treatment.

Generally speaking, women are sentimental and once things don’t go their way, the fire in their heart and liver will flare up. The liver meridian runs through the ribs and connects to the breasts, causing qi stagnation and phlegm to condense in the breasts. Therefore, Chinese medicine generally uses the methods of soothing the liver and relieving depression, promoting qi and resolving phlegm for treatment. In addition, you can also use some "Qi-replenishing medicines" such as deer antler glue, which can circulate the Qi in the blood and thus have the best effect in treating breast diseases.

If you find yourself having symptoms of breast hyperplasia, don't panic. Breast hyperplasia is not a very serious disease and can be completely cured with simple treatment. At the same time, female friends should pay more attention to and regulate their bodies in daily life. This is the best way to prevent and treat breast hyperplasia.
