Menstrual status reveals future fertility

Menstrual status reveals future fertility

If a woman has an irregular menstrual cycle every month, it may affect her future fertility; if she has dysmenorrhea every time, it will make it difficult to get pregnant; and if the first menstruation starts too early or comes too late, it will also greatly reduce her fertility. Therefore, whether your fertility will be good in the future can be determined by your current menstrual status.

Dysmenorrhea during menstruation affects pregnancy

If dysmenorrhea occurs without organic lesions in the reproductive organs, it is considered primary dysmenorrhea, which has little effect on female fertility. However, if dysmenorrhea is caused by reproductive organ diseases, it is secondary dysmenorrhea, which is mostly caused by diseases. If it is not treated in time and the symptoms of dysmenorrhea are not relieved, it will be difficult for women to get pregnant in the future.

Experts say that the causes of common secondary dysmenorrhea are more complicated and may be caused by cervical stenosis, uterine hypoplasia, endometriosis, endocrine abnormalities or pelvic inflammatory disease. If you discover any of these conditions, you need to seek medical attention promptly.

Irregular menstruation affects fertility

When you just have your first period, it is understandable if your menstrual period is irregular, which is normal. But if you are over 20 and have entered adulthood and your menstruation is still irregular, you should pay attention to it in time.

Because this indicates that your fertility is decreasing. You should know that some infertile patients often experience menstrual irregularities in adulthood. At this point, if you don’t want long-term irregular menstruation to cause you difficulty getting pregnant in the future, then you should be vigilant.

Menarche at too young an age can cause infertility

Menarche usually occurs between the ages of 12 and 15, but if your menarche comes too early or too late, and your menstrual cycles are often irregular, the possibility of developing polycystic ovary is relatively high.

In addition, if menstruation comes too late, it may be due to ovarian and uterine hypoplasia, or congenital ovarian insufficiency; if a girl has stopped menstruating for more than 3 months, it is likely to be secondary amenorrhea, which requires you to go to the hospital for relevant examinations and treatment in time.

No matter from which point of view, as long as menstruation occurs every 28-30 days, each period lasts 3-7 days, and it comes at about the same time every month, and does not exceed a week before or after, then it is normal. According to this rule, you should quickly check your future fertility!
