Five factors that affect women's pregnancy

I have always felt that pregnancy is a wonderful thing. Being pregnant should be the luckiest thing for a woman. The birth of a new life is an extremely happy thing for any family. But nothing is easy in this world. When someone is happy, someone else is bound to be sad. So, do you know what factors can affect women's fertility?

1. Female fallopian tube obstruction

The fallopian tube is an important reproductive organ for conception. This is where the sperm and egg meet to form a fertilized egg. If the fallopian tube is inflamed and the lumen is partially blocked, the fertilized egg can easily be retained in the fallopian tube, resulting in an ectopic pregnancy.

2. Male varicocele

Varicocele can cause blood retention, leading to increased local testicular temperature, testicular hypoxia and accumulation of metabolic waste.

3. Dieting causes decreased egg vitality

Many modern women pursue a slim figure and often go on a diet, causing their bodies to lack certain nutrients. Malnutrition before pregnancy will also affect the development of the embryo that has just formed in the early pregnancy. The early pregnancy is the period of differentiation of important organs such as the heart, liver, kidneys, intestines, and stomach. The brain is also developing rapidly and must obtain a variety of sufficient nutrients from the mother. In addition, malnutrition before pregnancy will also affect breast development, resulting in insufficient lactation after delivery and affecting breastfeeding.

4. Partial diet causes insufficient sperm motility

The production of sperm is closely related to diet. If a man has a picky eating habit, zinc can affect the pituitary gland to secrete gonadal hormones, promote gonadal development and maintain normal function. It can also increase sperm motility, prevent sperm from disintegrating prematurely, and facilitate combination with eggs to form a normal fertilized egg. Selenium is also a trace element. Once it is lacking, it will have a greater impact on sperm production and vitality.

5. Too much mental stress about pregnancy

Modern psychological research and clinical investigations have shown that mental and psychological factors account for a large proportion of female infertility.

In fact, many cases of infertility are not due to the unhealthiness of both husband and wife. The real reason may not even be known to you. Therefore, many people will blindly go to the hospital and see a doctor, mistakenly believing that their health is not up to standard. In most cases, infertility is due to today's stressful and busy lifestyle. Therefore, don't be anxious or panic. If you calm down and take it slowly, your child will follow.
