Cleaning order: (a) Generally clean three times

First time: Wipe off secretions, blood stains, etc. from the perineum from outside to inside and from top to bottom. The order of scrubbing is: mons pubis → inner thigh → labia majora → labia minora → urethral opening → vaginal opening → anus

Second pass: From inside to outside, from top to bottom

The order of scrubbing is: mons pubis - urethral opening - contralateral labia minora - proximal labia minora - contralateral labia majora - proximal labia majora - contralateral upper 1/3 of the inner thigh - proximal upper 1/3 of the inner thigh - perineal wound or catheter - anus

Third time: Same as the second time

Purpose:

Reduce perineal secretions, keep the perineum and anus clean, remove odor, make patients comfortable, and promote perineal wound healing

Prevent or reduce retrograde infections of the reproductive and urinary systems Indications:

It is used for patients who are bedridden for a long time and cannot take care of themselves, those with indwelling catheters after delivery or surgery, those with perineal wounds or those suffering from acute or chronic vulvitis. 1. Check the doctor's orders 2. Prepare

1. Nurse quality requirements: dignified appearance and kind attitude. Wash your hands and wear a mask 2 assessment:

Ask and understand the patient's condition, consciousness and cooperation level. Understand the local skin condition. Whether there is a urinary catheter and whether it is unobstructed.

Is the environment hidden to protect patient privacy?

3. Inform the patient: operation method and purpose, guide the patient to cooperate, and assist the patient in urination

4 Wash your hands and prepare the following items: 1 perineum scrub bag (containing two curved plates, a medicine cup, and two scrubbing forceps), PE gloves, disposable midline scrub, hand disinfectant, doctor's order, medical waste bin, and domestic waste bin.

5. Prepare disinfectant: 100ml water for injection + 4ml iodine stock solution, and concentration 0.02%

6 Open the perineal scrub bag, pour the prepared disinfectant into a curved plate, and fully soak the gauze ball. If there is a wound, take one or two dry cotton balls into the medicine cup, pour iodine stock solution into the medicine cup, and fully soak the cotton balls for use.
