Poor rest and insufficient sleep not only affect your health, but also slow down blood flow to the skin, cause blood vessel constriction, cause blood stasis into spots, and turn the skin gray and black.

(4) Emotions have a huge impact on the human body. They make the body more energetic, greatly enhance the body's immune function, and provide a strong resistance to various adverse factors. When you are in a bad mood, worried, or sad, your body's immune function is reduced, and your ability to resist various adverse factors is very poor. You are prone to various diseases. Skin metabolism, blood circulation and other functions are reduced, your skin becomes gray, dry, and wrinkles increase, showing signs of aging.
