1. Check often

4. No need for sanitary pads on weekdays

Some female friends are worried that leucorrhea will stain their underwear or are too lazy to wash their underwear, so they always use sanitary pads. This practice is not advisable. When you are not menstruating, try not to use sanitary pads. Wash your vulva with clean water and change your underwear every night. In addition, do not use various liquid medicines for vaginal cleaning, as this will damage the internal environment of the vagina and cause vaginitis.

5. Wear less tight pants

Just like men, wearing tight underwear is not good for the health of your private parts. Don't think that you can wear tight underwear just because you don't have a long "iron pillar" like men. Avoid wearing tight or close-fitting pants such as jeans, and avoid wearing tight nylon underwear. Choose cotton underwear instead.

6. Pay attention to your lifestyle and diet

In terms of diet, you must be careful to avoid spicy and irritating foods. You can moderately consume lactic acid beverages, such as yogurt, which is beneficial to maintaining the acidic environment of the vagina. Antibiotics are usually taken as little as possible to avoid disrupting the normal balance of vaginal flora. Diabetic patients must pay attention to blood sugar control, because high blood sugar is conducive to the growth of mold and can easily lead to recurrence of vaginitis.
