What is uterine shedding?

Nowadays, living standards have improved and people’s living conditions are getting better and better, but people’s social relations are becoming more and more complicated. Especially in the development of relationships between men and women, there are more and more mistresses in today's society. It is a bit difficult to point out clearly who is making the mistake. No one is willing to be a mistress, and not all men are willing to have an affair outside. It can only be said that today's society is too tempting to people, causing some people to do things even though they know it is wrong.

The most common thing in gynecology nowadays is abortion. Most of the patients who undergo abortion are unmarried young girls. This shows the changes in today's society, especially the relationship between men and women is becoming more and more complicated. Their relationship at the beginning has begun to deteriorate and is no longer simple. A woman's uterus is very fragile. What causes uterine shedding?

There is no such thing as uterine shedding, only irregular shedding of the endometrium, uterine prolapse, etc. Irregular endometrial shedding is an endocrine disease. Its clinical manifestation is irregular endometrial shedding during the menstrual cycle. The patient ovulates and the corpus luteum is well developed, but the atrophy process is prolonged, leading to irregular endometrial shedding. The intervals between menstruation are normal, but the menstrual period is prolonged, lasting up to 9-10 days, and the amount of bleeding is heavy. The cause is excessive atrophy of the corpus luteum. As for uterine prolapse, it is usually caused by obstetric injury.

Uterine shedding is caused by prolonged atrophy of the corpus luteum. During the menstrual cycle, ovulation occurs and the corpus luteum develops well, but the atrophy process is prolonged, resulting in irregular shedding of the endometrium.

The symptoms are normal menstrual intervals, but prolonged menstrual periods, up to 9-10 days, and heavy bleeding.

The uterus falls out when you exert force, which is clinically called uterine prolapse. It only comes out when you apply force, which means the degree is not serious, at most it is only one degree. Treatment options include pelvic floor exercises and pessaries. Surgical correction is also an option. Depending on age and fertility requirements, hysterectomy or pelvic floor reconstruction may be performed.

In case of uterine prolapse, you must consult a doctor and receive treatment according to the situation. Your body is your own, so you must be careful not to get hurt, especially your uterus. Damage to the uterus is a very serious problem. Severe damage can affect a woman's entire life. She may also become infertile, which means she will lose the qualification to be a mother forever. So you must be careful, cherish yourself, be responsible for yourself, and be responsible for your own life. The uterus must not be harmed, so as not to affect your life.
