4. Eat some foods rich in B vitamins such as walnuts, cashews, dried beans, etc. between meals.

6. Get enough protein. Eat more high-protein foods such as meat, eggs, tofu, soybeans, etc. to replenish the nutrients and minerals lost during menstruation.
