Nine symptoms predict women's health

Compared with men, women have different health conditions, symptoms and characteristics due to different physiological conditions. In addition to inherent female diseases, there are many diseases whose incidence is much higher than that of men. Experts point out that a variety of disease symptoms indicate women's health status. If a woman experiences any of the following nine symptoms, she should go to the hospital to see a doctor as soon as possible for examination and diagnosis.

Symptom 1: Back pain

This could be cystitis or adnexitis. You should go to the hospital for blood and urine tests, and if necessary, a cystoscopy. At this time, you should drink more water and avoid spicy and spiced foods. Need anti-inflammation and physical therapy. Pumpkin oil or sandalwood oil can be very effective in bathing.

Symptom 2: Irritability

Crying over trivial matters may not be in your character. This requires checking the thyroid gland, as the central nervous system is most sensitive to thyroid hormone disorders. Initial symptoms: easily agitated, bad temper, crybaby, insomnia, good appetite but gradually losing weight, and menstrual disorders.

Symptom 3: Frequent dizziness

Blood pressure should be checked. People of any age can develop low blood pressure, but it usually occurs in women between the ages of 35 and 40. Adjust your diet and choose some sports that are good for you, such as swimming.

Symptom 4: Slight swelling and dark circles under the eyes when you wake up in the morning

This is most likely the result of chronic fatigue. If edema occurs frequently, you should check your kidneys. According to statistics, women are 1.5 times more likely to suffer from kidney stones than men.

Symptom 5: Legs swell and become numb at night

This is a symptom of chronic venous failure. You need to eat more fresh vegetables, which contain fiber that can strengthen the walls of veins. You can do leg exercises several times a day.

Symptom 6: Frequent cramps in hands and feet

This may be a deficiency of calcium and vitamin D. They determine the stiffness of bones and the contraction of muscles. Eat more dairy products, liver, and seafood.

Symptom 7: Sweating more than usual

This may be a vascular autonomic nerve dislocation. If regular sedatives don't work, see your doctor.

Symptom 8: Weight changes, frequent thirst, and the need to go to the bathroom

These symptoms are a bit like diabetes, and it is necessary to have a blood sugar check. If the test results are normal, stop eating sweets and greasy foods.

Symptom 9: Extensive hair loss

Diffuse alopecia (hair loss from various parts of the head) is more common in women than in men. Excessive hair loss may be due to psychological stress, untreated infection or improper diet. It may also be caused by certain diseases or congenital diseases. Excessive secretion of sebaceous glands or changes in the nature of sebaceous gland secretion can cause hair loss.
